Reservation Conditions
For an enquiry to be confirmed directly with us a 50% deposit is required, with payment to be made by Visa, Master Card or direct credit to our bank account. The balance to be paid upon arrival.
Note. (Credit card details must be provided to cover the eventuality of cancellation. See below).
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation confirmed directly by phone or email is to be cancelled then the following conditions apply:
Cancellations more than two weeks in advance of the arrival date a 10% cancellation fee of the full booking price will be deducted from the deposit. The balance to be refunded.
Cancellations less than two weeks in advance of the arrival date, the reservation is non cancellable and the balance of the full amount will be charged to the guest’s credit card. If the apartment can be relet then 90% of the full amount will refunded.
For reservations processed directly on line, a separate cancellation policy applies.
